The Benefits of Mobility Work

Eccentrics can be associated with lots of different health behaviors like performing pails and rails, foam rolling an area or smashing a body part. No matter which activity you choose to do for your mobility, what they all really have in common is there attempting to access and own a movement that was either previously painful or tight.
