What's in the Freezer?
i save all my liquid from cooking beans, cause i think that it's a flavorful, delicious liquid. I might just use water and just shake a couple drops of soy sauce, or a couple of drops of fish sauce into it,. And then call igra, whatever else is in the in the dish is going to end of being the flavor. It's great to have a great stock, but i'd i'm just lazy. A pate w get a hacket at home sometimes, like, you're busy, you're doing stuff, like,you don't have time to make stock and throw in the fringe or freezer and all that.
