i want to hammer the point about making sure the first workout back is not a crippling event. So let's just think of this as technique day. We don't need to worry about putting up impressive weights, because that's not going to be conducive to a a productive training cycle. i might bring im down all the way to one 35. And the way you manage a psychology there is saying exactly what you said, and also reinforcing the point that your movement pattern need reinforcing.
