How Does the Change Journey Typically Begin?

Aid idio: We've probably had one or two clients that actually come in through the door saying, we want change. The rest of our clients come in because they're being disrupted in the market in some fashion. That's happening to them whether a start up coming and is eating their lunch, or a big competitor is taking market share off them. A those clients tend to come in because of those reasons, and then through working with us, they understand that they have to go through change if they want to stay relevant in the market place.
