How to Get Customers in a Highly Competitive Market

If i'm in a highly competitive market, it's actually easier to get customers. And if nothing is uniquely differentiated, then you just reinforce whatever value your customers kind of bring to the table for you and say that you're about. You start out with something that that looks like he other companies, and that's fine, like there's nothing wrong with that. If you're creating an email service provider, and you kind of start talking about better deliverability, you're going to have to prove that out. A competitor can probably improve their deliverability a lot faster than you can.
