Each day, take a little bit of time without your technology around you. Just reflect on what actually is most important to you and how it's helping pursue that. Be kind to yourself and others in the process - remember they are just like you. Make clear intention before going to bed each night: 'This one thing will make you happy' And don't use all these lists or systems as an excuse for not getting things done at the end of the day.
