The Relationship Between Sugar Consumption and Obesity

In 1935, sugar consumption in the US was 22 and a half percent of calories. Today, where obesity has a 2018, 42.5 percent. In other words, one fifth of every plate today is made up of just vegetables. And with that, an explosion, we've had the worst increases of obesity and diabetes and metabolic syndrome since 2000.
