How to Accelerate a Triathlete

Most triathletes are crap at kicking, that's a bit of an issue. And I think a lot of that has to do with the level of ankle flexibility that they have. One of the big problems is that ankle flexibility is actually one of the harder joints to get flexible. So in that situation, we'll tend to get athletes that don't have good ankle flexibility to try to minimize the kick and just focus on getting the legs up.
