The Iron Man
I remember distinctly, and I guess it was the end, because we did the Iron Man say in June, so I think it was that autumn. The doctors were like, didn't understand. They just kept telling me I had fatigue. And then eventually I spoke to a nutritionist and she said, your adrenals are exhausted. Just your whole body's exhausted. So for me, it was three months in bed. You always have that in my mind though, that period. I will not do that much exercise again. I'll not let myself get that tired.
