The Melbourne Starmer is one of the most consistent teams, finishing top of the league. They're strategized like, okay, we can afford to have small injuries here, find the weaknesses and go. Dan has that system set up, right? His whole goal is to fail and to fail fast,. Because the fail is now learning opportunities. So he's able to learn at an incredibly fast rate. If you don't have goals for yourself, how can they go over somebody else? Right. You've got to have some skin in the game. Yeah, because if not, then you get what's called the expert problem, right? But I think that's a good point too.
