Cardiovascular Drug Interactions
The last category of the three common ones that are implicated in drug reactions are cardiovascular drugs. DOAX and warfarin have a potential interaction with acetaminophen, Dr. Himmel says. Acetaminophen is not a problem with DOAX, but it does have a potential and potentially serious interaction with warfarin. Drugs that when added to somebody on river oxaban or a pixaban can mess with their metabolism and predispose the patient to bleeding.
