How to Attach an Opener to a Golf Thought
In the clutch, you have get a whole work book that gives you a lot of proms for how to do this. So one thing to do is to attach what i call like an opening phrase, like, i'm open to believing, or, i'm learning to believe. You could also try what i call depersonalizing the thought. Rit our thoughts are most painful when they're about us. It doesn't do you any good to be like wishing and looking for a thought that will magically solve all your feelings. Best may just be feeling like nothing, like feeling neutral. Or it might even just be feelinglike bad, but not quite as badit like with anxiety
