Do You Focus a Lot on Technique With Newbies?
The second that we start adding load in the form of barbells or dumbbells they need to be able to hold hold their form well. Working more up at around eight to ten repetitions gives us the opportunity to practice technique make sure it's fairly strict but also still acquire strength and so that's that kind of middle ground is is one of the rationales for for why I would pick that.
