The Predatory Effect of Nutritional Knowledge

I just feel like it's a group of young people that's left kind of out in the cold. Maybe you see your pediatrician once and the conversation is quite short. It's not a lengthy conversation that likely needs to happen with nutrition. And I think when you are absorbing that information and you're a young person who maybe has lower self confidence at that point or they have even less nutritional knowledge, it's like, yeah, I'm going to buy into it. Right? Sure. And it's, it is predatory. Like I don't think I'm inflating the word. Like I actually think it is.
