How to Be a Detractor and Promoter at the Same Time
I think in PS also, it doesn't account for that fact that you can, you know, both be a detractor and a promoter at the same time. People are doing this with the NPS as well. It's like, do you like us? Yes, no? Yes? Oh, here's an NPS. Yeah. No? Okay, bye. And then, once you have all of that bad behavior, pal, by the way, one other one, you just stop sending the service to people that rated you badly. But that is just stuff where it's clear that you're just kidding yourself, basically, right?
