i hope theyre a lot of experience in terms of scaling companies. When i joined sells force, we were mo two dissimilar size. Were probably around a thousand employees. We were just preiper when i joined, a few hundred million in revenue. I think the one thing that's constant as well is that if you really focus on getting your talents strategy right,. If you really invest and work in that, irrespective of the size of the organization, you have a good foundation to be successful.
