The Effect of Randomization on Mortality at PQ Discharge
High flow compared to CPAP met the criterion for non-inferiority, as we pre-specified. The direction of effect that we saw was quite consistent in all these analyses and populations. Adverse events were noted in about 6% of patients on the HINDHAIFLO group and 11% of patients in the CPAP group. And the biggest difference came in the incidence of nasal trauma or nasal pressure areas from this use of CPAP.
