The Importance of Inner Strength in Meditation

I think when we realized some of the suffering itself is the point by any means, but we can metabolize it in a certain way. And it's toward the end of greater compassion for ourselves as well as for others. We aren't trained in kindness and compassion in our schools rather we're trained to compete. So that comparing mind is against the stream for us to do these practices of meditation and mindfulness and compassion. I'm from the most glorious sublime states of the most kind of thorny difficult states. How many of them? And so has probably everyone. This is part of being in our human body with hard to minds.
