The Balance Between Conviction and Humility
How do you think about the balance between being really convicted on an idea versus having the intellectual humility to change your mind or abandon it and move in a different direction? That is such a powerful question. I don't think that you can be 100% convinced about anything. But I think what they're convinced about is that there's a real problem to solve here. They're convinced that the insight that they have found is solid. One of the chapters that we talk about in the book is this idea of finding an earned secret.
