What's the Mechanism? Is It Sustainable?

Yuniti: The observational evidence shows that inquiry is effective if it's highly guided. If a teacher onstrains the number of things pupils pay attention to during an investigation in science, doing some practical work, then that seems to often unow improved learning. But there are so few data points that i think i'm not quite clear what we're looking at here, how informative that is.
