Is There a Formula for Innovation in Your Book?

I was running into these situations where we apparently did the same thing as a team to deliver a product to customer and we would hit out of the park. And then the next time we do what we thought was the same thing and no, it was a flop. So that drove me back to study this more. We've been talking with clients over the years about helping them build innovation capabilities. It's really helped me to think about how to explain jobs to be done and outcome driven in every nation to people.
