Gaslighting is when you make someone question their own reality. The only person that they can rely on to have like proper view of reality is the abuser. It's all tied into this control and power and isolating people from other people and from their own sense of self. I still don't know everything there is to know about how people can use tech to harm each other so to put this on sort of everyday people is extremely disingenuous, he says.
