Framing Things in Terms of Time and Experience

There was a study that found that framing things in terms of time and experience could actually be more powerful than framing them in terms of money. Another study I read about a company had to charge for shipping, they were going to charge $5. And when they framed it as a small $5.00 fee, they got a 20% uptake. So it's just really interesting what we can do with this notion of framing.
