There's never a one size fits all. The best diet for you is usually when you can adhere to, and we talk about how often hunger, no one can beat hunger. So if hunger just gets through the frickin' roof, no one's gonna be able to adhere to that. There was no significant difference in LDL cholesterol between any of the groups. Now again, this was a 12 month study longer than some others, but also not long term.
