The Differences Between Dark Social and the Dark Funnel
Most people have historically followed this path of a funnel because it makes sense and they thought that people bought linearly But I think in the way that people buy today things have very much changed where you basically have two states. You can't do there's something needs to happen before a buyer demonstrates intent Most of those things today are happening in dark social which is a new concept for most people.
