We on average, sleep probably about two hours per night less than we did a hundred years ago. We don't give our bodies the opportunity to clean out the waste products that our brains are creating every day during our waking hours. When i create, and again, we don't have to be professional artists, but any time i'm actually asking my brain to create something, i'm actually asks it to stretch into an area of novelty,. So creative novelty is really important. The next thing is that's really important is creativity, if we are willing. This gets back to our conversation about beauty, our encounter with creativity.
