Anne, i think that specific siuation is, there's a really wonderful discussion that habit researches are having in he literature. I would call it an internal cue. If we're talking about the habit loop, you know, that people are being told is the way to go. What you're describing for yourself, i wouldn't say a reflex that three point habit loop.
