I have like massage sandals like the little rocks I'm standing here on these two fantastic they you got to wear socks or it's way too painful but there's how you do movement is like stacking it to what you're already doing that is awesome. The more I can move my foot and ankle intentionally the next time I trip over an acorn or whatever it's not gonna be as detrimental because my body is more like prepared for that type of movement.
