The Seven Day Training Cycle

For most people, the seven day training cycle is a fairly arbitrary number. If our weeks were six days longer, they're eight days long. A moving to a ten day or other can be really beneficial. You are alternating hard week, easy week, hard week and easy week. It's just a longer period of time over which it's happening.
