The Importance of Being Proud of Yourself

I'm just proud of myself in general I take actions that make me proud. Right now I'm working on muscle up to handstand push up on a bar. Even though I haven't accomplished that skill I'm proud I'm working towards it and I just have this knowledge that I'm going to achieve my goals so it's just like a constant state of like being proud. Kal's next accomplishment is human flag zombie press for handstand.
