The Biggest Obstacle for Profitability in a Landscape Architecture Firm?

It is not enough work. Once you have enough workload and all your other decisions regarding the project and the firm are connected to real time, there is no reason why not to be profitable. It's also the willingness to, to have these processes in place, the willingness to kind of factor business aspect into a project. From the firm aspect, because that is also something that we think a lot of firms are struggling. Their project managers are not focused on profitability. They're being trained to deal with a client. And they're not being trained to really, you know, make sure they meet the budget.
