Cross fit is more of a head and upper body motion will there. What you'll see more from a strength based community, they will coach it by getting hip extension. The whole torso moves to get out of the way. Both work. One's not better than the other. I didn't invent either way,. but i sure as i'll know that, hey, these are two different options.
