Shaco and Louie's Relationships in Powerlifting
Shaco thinks Louie is an absolute superstar in terms of powerlifting coaching. I think people just forget a lot of the programs are set up because of access. And this includes even the Russians. If they had access to that stuff, who knows how much of it they would have used? Shaco makes more sense for raw lifting than conjugate does,. They just have different focal points.
