The Future of Car Prices
Car prices nowadays, you have new cars at record highs or close to record highs. This is a still very supply constrained market. People were actually moving away from places that they could depend on public transportation more and moving to places that were far more car dependent. So effectively, the pie didn't change, but yet we simultaneously increased demand because population was growing jobs were growing through that time.
