What Are Your Methylation Superfoods?

Green tea is amazing. If you're eating fish, if you have some salmon, go for your curcumin. You're a cruciferous veggies. They're so important. I love rosemary and the acid. Blueberries of all kinds, but especially blueberries, tomatoes, you know, the lutein and tomatoes. Genestine is in soy. So having a soybean. This is great. Remember your vitamin D. Vitamin C also is helpful. It's something that's in that it helps make energy. That's an important player as well.
