Creatine: A Safe Supplement for Human Physiology
There are a number of reasons to take creatine, especially if we get the dose right. But is it safe? Is it safe to do that? We see no increase in proteins in kidney or liver function. Siltration rate is not impaired. And just like protein, it seems to have no adverse effects compared to placebo.
