The Trial by Fire - How Did You Know Where to Apply?
I had been to this restaurant before and I like really loved the food so that was obviously like the first flag to me that this is a place that I might want to learn from. It was also two blocks from my boyfriend's apartment or his parents apartment where we were staying for the summer in New York City. So just the stars aligned yep okay that makes sense. How long did it take from that first day until you felt like I kind of get this or I feel like not an imposter? Just like a couple months I can't express how quickly you are forced to learn in that environment.
