The microbiome can explain presentation of symptoms across many different areas, most of which are able to be perceived at least in the sense that we described. Fusibacterium is very commonly found in colon cancer and so that's the closest thing that I think is like a smoking gun. But if you already weighed until you have a pretty bear that detectable colon cancer is probably past the point where you can target fusibacteriam to prevent its progression. So maybe early in life, someone, I could imagine getting an oral microbiome screen as well as a gut microbiome screen and you monitor the relative abundance of this organism and other related organisms.
