This week's episode was inspired by a conversation I had with a friend. We were talking about how we overthink everything that could go wrong in our lives. And it really gets to me when I don't want to be thinking the worst but my brain just keeps on doing it. So if you're one of those people hopefully this episode gave you some skills to develop, gave you some things to think about and gave you some understanding about why you do it.
