How to Praise Yourself to Succeed

We end up in this situation where at the end of the day, even when we've had really good days, we don't get positive reinforcement. So it can be really hard to practice and learn to stop criticizing yourself. But it can be easier to consciously add in more positive thoughts that are self-congratulation or pride. And I want you to remind yourself why we should all start to give ourselves credit for what we do.
