How to Think Bayesian

Most doctors have fog in their minds, they don't know. So an easy way to help people to think Bayesian is to change the notation of the information rather than blaming the mind. There is a very simple representation where you think about not one person and probabilities, but 100 people. That's called natural frequencies. And I'm very proud that the concept of natural frequencies has entered the technical terms in evidence-based medicine.
