Is There a Human Level General Intelligence?

Getting to a human level AGI is a matter of specialization. It's like how do you take these maximally general learning processes and specialize them so that they can operate within resource constraints? Because we humans are not maximally general intelligence, right? If I ask you to run a maze in 750 dimensions, you'll probably be very slow. Whereas at two dimensions, you're probably way better. We're special because our hippocampus has a two-dimensional map in it, right? And it does not have a 750-dimensionalmap in it. I mean, we're peculiar mix of generality and specialization, right?
