I always have an idea of what's in a lot of these foods and the calories and these foods I'm eating just because i've tracked them for so long. Even like today just a simple cup of rice Like before I tracked I still tracked today, but like right now I was like, oh, I got you know I got to eat before this podcast. So I'm not gonna pull out the cup. Oh my god. That's a james smith original, but that's such a good way to explain what tracking could be for some people they wanted to take it up. It gives you a good idea like in the back my head I always will.
