The Gentlest Way to Get Yourself Back on Track

Sometimes when we have those perfectionistic ideals for how we should do things, and we fall short of that on any level, now, it's like to throw the whole thing away. So i think going in with the minset that this is going to have ebbs and flows. This is going to take six months to a year, in most cases, to really get to where it's almost second nature for me do this. And even then, i might still need to be very intentional about my schedule.
