Deer hunters are my problem with wild game. They don't like venison because it ran 100 yards all stressed out from a long shot, and then it never got bled or gutted right away. It got thrown in the back of a pickup for 30 miles, 40 miles before then they maybe gutted it properly. Now you've got clogged up blood vessels all throughout the meat. So if I get into deer processing, it's going to be a mental thing for me. I'm going to have to get over all the BS.
