Getting Out of the Data Skeptic Stage
There's a minimum level of regardless of your role that I think you're trying to get to. And the least getting to there is like a bare minimum for those people who maybe struggle a little more or is taking them a little more time than others. The definition of success is, are we are we meeting those, you know, key results? You should be using metric scorecards to track all of it. That's the best tool in the world.
