The spine is probably the most underrated thing that I think everybody would benefit from stretching. Everybody wants to look at the hamstrings and the hip flexors. They come pretty easily, but a lot of people spend a lot of time sitting down. And when you're sitting down, your spine doesn't move a lot. If you're not moving in the very least, it doesn't even have to be stretching.
