The Importance of Non-Stop Running
I love how you were saying at the beginning of your journey 2K was insane. That's half an hour and not more of non-stop running. And I just remember thinking I can't, I don't think I can ever do 5K. It's amazing how when you do start building it up, you're like, wow, that's really not that difficult now. But yeah, I think it's insane because I started like on the treadmill.
