The Importance of D Loads in Injury Prevention

D loads probably long term do help with injury prevention but making very strong claims that D loads for sure are like the secret to preventing injury is completely unfounded in my personal opinion. We haven't got actual evidence and research to back that up similar to a lot of people critique Milo with a long muscle lengths and be like oh that's more injurious because you're training a long muscle. I think yeah I've definitely been that person that's gone too much towards logic and that's kind of beaten what is actually found in science.
