The Dangers of Critical Inclusion

Inclusion, especially under the critical inclusion model, ultimately means something not terribly useful though. It means lack of exclusion. There's already this linguistic problem happening is you can't positively define inclusion. It's not excluding. It's defined negatively. That makes it kind of a fertile ground to talk about a thing in airy, fairy language that can then be interpreted subjectively by the people who end up in power once it's implemented. Professionalism is a hallmark of white supremacy culture for this reason.
